Media: Honor Bright sign to Triple Crown

Pop-punk outfit Honor Bright have signed to Triple Crown Records. The Syracuse, NY-based band previously released the "gang-vocal-filled pop-punk EP " If This Was A Movie which was recorded and produced by John Naclerio (My Chemical Romance, The Ataris, Brand New).

and after the retardation yesterday, this company apparently has nothing for me to do today.

i drove an hour into the suburbs and burnt a quarter tank of gas which i'm not being comped for which is fucking bullshit, to sit here and there's not even any big news on this site today.

also, did i mention i have to log my hours by task, so if i'm not fucking doing anything, i'm not getting fucking paid?

i'm a "graphic designer" but i'm basically doing pre-press work which i know next to nothing about for a company that makes those student planners you get when you're a freshman and never use.

and i say "graphic designer" because apparently the conceptual work i've tried to do in school means nothing in the real world unless you're the best of the best top .01%. so aside from making the occasional show flyer, i'm basically a fucking cube monkey. i went to school for 4 years to learn that i'm nothing more than just another kid with a pirated version of CS3 who thinks he's a designer because he can steal googled images and convert things to halftone and make things punx looking.

I think the only solid band on Triple Crown was Hot Rod Circuit, and that's before they went belly up back in 02.
