Videos: Hatebreed: "Thirsty and Miserable"

Hatebreed have posted the video for their cover of the Black Flag classic, "Thirsty and Miserable." The song originally appeared on Black Flag's 1981 album, Damaged. Hatebreed covered the song as part of their 2009 covers album, For the Lions.

The original will always be good. Some shitty remake won't change that. If anything it might draw more attention to the original of which it deserves.

I just have very little faith. I can't imagine them leaving it creepy. I fear they will try to make it a love story, which it most certainly was NOT.

its not really that, its the fact taht they are remaking a new, and good movie. its a slap in the face to the original. if youre gonna remake something, remake it because time has not been kind to it, not because Americans are too stupid to read subtitles. also, yeah, theyre gonna gloss it over and make it "twilight approved"

I'd have little faith, too. It most likely will suck. But, if it does, it really doesn't tarnish how you feel about the original. Plus the "original" is just an adaptation anyway. Which, in that case, I hear they're "re-making" A Christmas Carol.

You know, if they don't fuck it up I'd really like to see this. The original had a few amazing scenes, especially the end in the pool, but as a whole I didn't think it was that great. The pacing was off and it was just so dry in that weird Scandinavian way that it was just boring half the time. I don't want them to turn it into Blade or Twilight, but that movie could stand to be a tad more accessible

Like, I always have deep conversations with my girlfriend, and I’m like “Yes, I’m totally against that” but right now I’m like….you know, it’s kind of weird. I never thought of these questions.
