I've had that happen once or twice. I always felt indifferent about it. Because yeah, it's cool they know you and wouldn't fuck with you. But at the same time...they know you. Knowhatimsayin? Or does that not make sense?

So the new Metal Blade logo is really fucking lame. Say what you will about the label because of your own bias, but their logo really made them stand out and actually represented what they stand (stood?) for as a label. This thing looks like a toss away graphic that Warped Tour would use for one year then move on to whatever is hot for the next years logo. I guess the whole thing represents Metal Blade's position in underground music these days....trend following crap.
