Thrice have confirmed all the dates on their recently announced headlining tour. The band will be supported by the Dear Hunter and Polar Bear Club and the shows will be interspersed with some shows with Thrice supporting Brand New.

I heard or saw a band called Deerhunter about a month ago and was not into it. Sounded like hipster music. I'm not sure if that's the same band. If not, The Dear Hunter is at least a better name - sounds more aggressive.

Dear Hunter is sorta of a concept album driven band....the music is all over the place, but it's pretty solid most of the time. The albums are a fun listen all the way through, and they are amazing live.

yea, I was the same way. The best way to listen to them is through the albums, all the way through. There are a lot of cool segues and stuff throughout the CD.
