Media: Between the Buried and Me: "The Great Misdirect (Teaser)"

Between The Buried And Me have posted a teaser/sampler featuring portions of songs from their forthcoming album, The Great Misdirect. The record is set for a October 27, 2009 on Victory Records and is their first since 2007's Colors.

Anyone dumb enough to like a band this shitty should be sterilized and sent to a kind of boot camp where they make you listen to actual rock music and not dress like an asshat.

They're called Between the Buried and Me. I assume there's 80's wank solos, screaming for no reason, a "herp derp we know Iron Maiden moment," lyrics about beating/killing your girlfriend, and a huge fandom of assholes who've never touched a boob all screaming along and flicking their Zelda haircuts out of their face. Also, they're on Victory and their name isn't Streetlight Manifesto. All signs point to shitastic.

Great musicians, but the fake screaming annoys me. The dude has a pretty voice though when he sings. They do a pretty good job of mixing styles though.

One of the best bands on Earth in my opinion. In fact, their last album "Colors" is my all-time favorite album, but this album sounds like it'll top it which is unbelievable!

followed them for years and met them when they toured with dragonforce. literally dream theater-chops and some of the most genuinely nice, down to earth dudes i've ever met playing music.
