Terror tour documented in "Get In the Van"

The first webisode of Vimby's documentary series about life on the road with touring hardcore bands has been posted. The show, titled Get In the Van, after the book by then Black Flag member Henry Rollins, begins with a three episode run alongside Terror.

this is a cool idea, especially for superfans. its done well and seems pretty professional - plus its a little less maturbatory than videos made by the band. my only problem is that its too short. 2.5 minutes is not an episode, its a teaser.

I'm going to london to see modest mouse december 14th, and I'll be staying there from the 11th. Does anyone know if there are any other good shows scheduled between those dates? I'd love to catch something more org-ish (since these bands extremely rarely come to sweden)

Check later, the smaller shows for then probably haven't been booked yet. December is poor for good gigs though.

Them Crooked Vultures are in town that week. Dillinger 4, Drag The Lake and Chris Wollard all around that time too.

haha i love how people just look at pictures and judge from there.. the members ive met from terror are real, down to earth guys-- unlike some shallow person who loves to judge someone based on a picture

My friend actually played me the Always the Hard Way LP a few years back and I thought it was a fucking awful record!! I couldn't even tell you what the TERROR guys looks like.

Hey, I'm not saying I'd get lost in the splendor of that shit town either, but I'd have the common intellect not to broadcast a video of me insulting my fans (who are paying to see me play), just because of their location.

"common intellect" and "hardcore" don't really go hand in hand, unless its 1980 and Ian MacKaye is somehow involved.

there is plenty of common intellect in hardcore, kind of lost me with your comment. Bands like Bane have plenty of "grounded" things to say.
