I got the CD early yesterday! Great disc indeed! Not sure about Strung Out though. I think Strung Out should "modernize" a bit and do more like Evergreen Terrace which takes melodic punk/hardcore and meshes it with metal while keeping the production on the metal side of the spectrum.

I actually like the fact that Strung Out keeps a pop-punk/punk vibe in their music. I personally think that it sets them apart from most bands who play punk/metal.

"The Fever and the Sound" is easily one of my favourite tracks of the year. The new album might be the best in SO's career, along with TBD and EIO.

I love every Strung Out release but lets be realistic. "Suburban..." was their best. With that in mind though, every new Strung Out release kicks the crap out of all the other bands out there.
