i would also like to think this is the funniest line up since Madball/Suicidal Tendencies/Whole Wheat Bread.

I might go to the Baltimore date, it's a Saturday so there would have to be nothing else going on

I've actually heard that they're touring with Ore Ska Band and Puffy Amiyumi, so not sure how accurate this post is. 4+ Replies

The Casualties and Less Than Jake? I'll make sure to be nowhere near the Gothic Theater on November 27.

Yeah, this is worse than the tour they did with Yellowcard and Recover back in the day. 2+ Replies

i wish puffy ami yumi hadn't dropped off this tour, would have been fun to see them again

I can't wait to see the new Swellers fans and Casualties fans in the same place. Should be good. 1+ Reply

If this is Cage from Defjux, that will be an odd mix but I saw him this summer in Austin and it was a sick show. Would love to see him again...and LTJ
IanIsSuperRad (October 15, 2009)
I have an unconditional love for LTJ. It's been years since I missed a show when they came near enough for me to see (usually Cleveland, I've driven to Detroit for shows though). This might be the first time I don't go see them when they're close to me.
hateedge (October 15, 2009)
this is terrible. ltj blows. the casualties are past their prime. i hate the current state of "ska". the fans look like they're all kicking dirt at eachother while "dancing". take it back to it's roots. 4+ Replies

Awkward tour for the casualties. it says in the swellers review that they toured w/ paramore. hahaha. the came in 2nd in the billboards like last week. less that jake sucks, i don't like them. fishbone is pretty great. used to own their tape. 2+ Replies
Turnstyles (October 16, 2009)
Love or hate their music, every LTJ show I've ever been too has been an absolute blast. The band has plenty of sub-par songs, but the body of great songs is enough to overwhelm it at any time. Openers are, uh, eclectic, but Swellers are solid. At least no one will get over-ska'd like at an RBF show.
shitsfucked (October 16, 2009)
WTF people still like the casualties? oi. The Swellers should tour with Polar Bear Club or Shook Ones they book really shitty tours. 1+ Reply

This actually looks sweet. Too bad nothing good EVER comes to Columbus, Ohio.
Mammoth (October 16, 2009)
I don't see why everyone is gagging over this tour. I've seen a lot worse.
red_eye_inc (October 16, 2009)
I'm going to call the venue and see what time Less Than Jake starts and then show up one minute before that 1+ Reply
Salvador (October 16, 2009)
a little bummed they skipped Milwaukee since the shows are always packed... 1+ Reply

This tour reminds me of when I was 17 and hated the Casualties. Now I'm 23 and hate the Casualties. Less Than Jake is worth it, even if I do have to up tha punx.
manincognito (October 16, 2009)
the toronto show looks good, i might attend. too bad fishbone wasn't at this date...
