He doesn't sound enough like Ghrol theres a bit more of a punch in Ghrols voice. It's almost like the dude singing this one is holding back believe it or not.

Also, when recording, it is extremely easy to emulate tones even with minimal gear.

Either way this band sucks. I wonder if hardcore tough guys just fall asleep from being angry and hating everything. Are they just always pissed off 24/7?

At the very least, this cover, as awful as it is, has influenced me to listen to the Foo Fighters more often. On a related note, the video for "Learn To Fly" may very well be my favorite music video of all time, except for maybe "Sabotage."
