Image Augusta, ME hardcore outfit Cruel Hand is gearing up for the release of their new album Lock and Key on July 27, 2010 and to celebrate, we're teaming up with the band and Bridge Nine Records to award prizes to a handful of our readers, including CDs and autographed posters.
