Videos: Authority Zero: "Get it Right"

Authority Zero have released the first video from their new album, Stories of Survival. The Mesa, AZ-based band recently became the first act signed to Viking Funeral, the new label formed by Fletcher Dragge of Pennywise and distributed through Suburban Noize Records.

Can someone elaborate why these guys have been hated on so much? I mean they aren't the best band but not the worst either.

Because they're from Arizona and apparently we're the nation's punching bag. Authority Zero is pretty rockin' for pop-punk. They're shows are always pretty intense here in their hometown.

this song sounds like Dear Landlord or something. People need something to hate I guess.

Don't hear Dear Landlord at all, but I don't see why someone who likes The Riot Before couldn't get into this song vocally.

Per wikipedia: The band's style is rooted in reggae and skate punk, with Bad Religion, Pennywise, and Sublime cited as heavy influences.

Also, the first album was released on Atlantic, so it wasn't like they created a following and built fans outside of major label exposure audiences.

I like this band but it really pisses me off that The Bastard Suns aren't signed to a bigger label!!! they do this style better than anyone and its a crime no one is taking any notice!!!
