"yes dead low tide is going to be reforming, not sure when they will be touring, but they will be at some point soon. the full length is still not done, we are waiting for mike to get better so he can finish his vocals. we are not sure of the exact date of the release."
The album is still slated to come out on Tiger Style Records in February 2003.
In DLT-related news, Sub Pop will be releasing the Murder City Devils live CD [recorded at their last show, Halloween 2001] sometime in April 2003. For those who aren't "in the know," Dead Low Tide was born out of the ashes of the Murder City Devils.

that last Murder City Devils show in Seattle was so good. i wasnt the biggest MCD fan before that show (i went to see Botch) but their show made me an instant fan. Im glad tyo see that it will be out on CD. -travis (on girlfriends computer)
