TSOL Back in the Studio

"HOT OFF THE PRESSES....... T.S.O.L. are back in the studio recording a new album! All original the members (with the exception of Billy Blaze on drums) will be recording new songs in Hollywood, CA for the next few weeks. This new album is being produced by David Bianco (producer for Frank Black (Pixies), Tom Petty (ask your dad), etc., etc.,etc.) Set for release later this year, and shrouded in secrecy, this should be a record well worth the wait from our 'Old School' heros."

From what I've heard, they will be doing a re-recording of Darker My Love for this album. But then again, Jack told me that would be included on Disappear (never happened obviously). Regardless, I cannot wait until the new TSOL album. Disappear rocked, and I would expect nothing less from the new stuff. If you haven't seen them live since they got back together, get off your ass, and do so..Outstanding live show. Jack, and the guys really know how to put on a good show. Damn, so many old school bands coming back to show these stupid fucking Simple Plan, Blink, New Found Glory assholes what real punk is. Look alive young punks, Old school / hardcore punk is back, and it's not leaving this time.

no offense, I thought it was pretty sad when I saw TSOL last summer. There are some old bands that can still play well live, but TSOL isn't one of them.

i remember back when tsol wasn't a boy band.. of course, everybody on nitro is a boyband now.... ol brian holland is a big boyband fan.

woah, hey, i logged on. that was so weird, because i finally got around to doing laundry and i found my tsol shirt that i had been looking for for ages. and i tried to remember the words to code blue but i couldn't really think of any. yeah, i saw tsol once (twice, actually.) haha they are so rad. seriously. xoxo (oh, frank black? tom petty? totally awesome.)
