The Procedure [ex-Thursday] debut released

"The debut full length for the NJ hardcore band, The Procedure, was released on 9/2/03 by Brightside/Blackout! records. The Procedure features Bill Henderson (Ex- Thursday) on guitar/ vocals. But The Procedure ain't no emo band, their sound is a schizophrenic mix of highly arranged melody with completely gutteral metalic hardcore. Two sample tracks are available here. The band will be touring this fall to support the record. Details available at www.theprocedure.com."

They probably shouldn't mention Thursday! People who don't like Morrisey sounding emo-punk may shy away from this! This is great shit!!!

This band is really cool. I picked their cd up on www.interpunk.com last week, I love it. Sadly, it looks like they're not coming to Wisconsion this fall.

This band is sooooooooooooooo fucking good live. They have this energy and sincerity that most bands don't have anymore. Also, This is probably the best hardcore record of the year in my opinion. too bad more people don't listen to them. -rob

yeah, he also wrote some of the stuff on full collapse before he left the band. i think he wrote paris in flames, for example
