1-4-5 Records has signed pop-punk band The Underhills. To quote their website:
"It has been a long time since weíve come across a new pop-punk band that writes as many consistently catchy songs as The Underhills, and we like them so much that we even broke our executive policy of not signing any Southern California bands in order to work with them (although two of the members grew up in Nebraska and Michigan, so theyíre only half-Californian) ."
The label will be releasing their Get Smart EP on October 21st. Check out 145Records.com for an MP3.

Poor lil neglected red-headed-stepchild news item. That's a bizarre company profile on the website.
