The Static Age joins forces with Tarantulas

"TheStaticAge.com and TarantulasRecords.com are both reporting that postpunkers The Static Age have joined the ranks of The Bronx, The Explosion, The Lot Six and more on Tarantulas Records. The new record "Neon Nights Electric Lives" is slated for a late Spring/early Summer release and features a bunch of new songs recorded with Matt Squire on board as producer and a handful of remixes (courtesy of Jade Puget of AFI and Dave Walsh of the Explosion, and possibly others)."

This band is fantastic and deserve everything good that comes to them. Drew sounds just like the singer from the Psychadelic Furs. They need to do another US tour soon! Come to Portland again kids!!!!

this is awesome. This band is amazing and a really wonderful group of people. I put on a show for them in my shitty little town about a year and half ago and the turnout blew, they still put on an awesome show and were very appreciative of just having a show. Congrats to them.

the lead singer (drew) announced this on stage on new years eve. this is awesome, i just hope they continue to play local shows because i've only seen them three times.
