Blackout! Records signs The Escaped

Blackout! Records has signed Portland's The Escaped. The band will release their second album Rose City Hardcore on July 13th. Head to the label's media page to check out the track "No Fate." The band is currently on the road in the US and Canada, updated info can be found at the label's site. From the label's press release "Combining a hardcore esthetic, true punk rock energy, a relentless DIY attitude and a dual-singer assault, The Escaped have already begun to leave a trail of loyal followers in their wake as they travel throughout the continent."

i thought windsor, ontario was the rose city. i remember seeing several windsor bands back in the late 90s with "rose city hardcore" on the back of tshirts and whatnot
