We reported earlier that Berkeley California's Fang has returned with a new tour and a new live record. The folks at Malt Soda Recordings want to give away 15 copies of the Fang Live Cheap CD, which features live tracks from the early 80s as well as recent shows in San Francisco. The other ones were all "First!" and shit like that. They were modded down. Set your threshhold setting to -1 if you want to see them. adam

Saw the Resistoleros @ Gilman on the tour kick off (the Resistoleros is Fang doing new songs), they rocked! Hope the tour's going well....

That's not a good description of the Resistoleros. More accurate would be a new band featuring members of Fang. Worth noting because it is a bit different than Fang (not sure I'd even guess that to be the same singer if I didn't know in advance.) Also of note, this line-up of Fang is the best since the original. They play all the hits and they sound as great as they ever did! Go see them if you can.
