About:

The Montreal based Union Label Group is really a trio of labels, ska label STOMP Records, punk rock label Union 2112 and street punk/Oi! label Mayday! Records.

STOMP was founded in 1994 by Matt Collyer of The Planet Smashers with the release of the All Skanadian Club compilation. Over the years STOMP has been helped support the growing number of Canadian ska bands. Since then they've released over 30 full length from bands like The Toasters, General Rudie and Big D And The Kids Table. 2112 records joined STOMP in 1998 with the State Of The Union compilation and has since released over 20 discs from bands like Nicotine, Snuff, Down By Law and Belvedere to name a few. Mayday! was launched in 2003 with the Mayday! compilation and tapped the Canadian street punk and Oi! scene. It's now home to second-wave punk band The Ripcordz.
