The garage punk band, which has been in the process of "breaking up" for more than a year now, is planning for a 14 song full length to be released this summer, followed by a tour of the US west coast. A seperate vinyl exclusive release with unreleased songs and cuts…The Dirtbombs Detroit garage punk legends The Dirtbombs have dates scheduled through late May. The band will be play shows with Kelley Stoltz through April followed by a tour with Dan Sartain and the Terrible Twos. First the King Khan and BBQ Show, the duo featuring Khan and the ever prolific Mark Sultan, will hit the road throughout February in support of the What's For Dinner? full length. In mid-March Khan will take to the streets again with King Khan and the Shrines, supporting their much acclaimed recent album What Is?!.…Cheap Time Nashville three-piece Cheap Time are headed out on the road for the remainder of the month and throughout January. The band is supporting their recently released 7" on Sweet Rot Records titled Spoiled Brat. In January the band plans to release the Handyman (b/w "Wildlife") 7" on the pleasantly named Douchemaster Records. Further than that the group is looking towards a full length LP / CD on In The Red in March.…Deadly Snakes plan 37 song live album Toronto legends the Deadly Snakes are planning a posthumous live album chronicallying their final show. The set, a massive 37 song collection, is due sometime in 2008 via In The Red Records. The Snakes played two gigs billed as their last, the "official" one on August 25, 2006 at the Horseshoe Tavern, followed by a smaller scale gig on the 26th at the Silver Dollar Room. The three hour gig at the Horseshoe featured a number of guests including members of the Dirtbombs and Mark "BBQ" Sultan.…King Khan's guitar stolen in San Francisco While on tour King Khan of King Khan and BBQ Show has had his guitar stolen in San Francisco. This MySpace bulletin has been circulating with a description. It was a Thomas Guitar very banged up but still beautiful, probably not worth much in a pawn shop.... it was a black sunburst guitar with big metal plates in the front.
