Olehole, which includes members of the Ghost, Burial Year, Takaru and Quest For Quintanaroo have announced plans to release their debut full length. The album, titled Holemole, will be released this summer on vinyl and CD format by Underground Communique in the U.S. Go Kart will follow with a fall release in Europe and Japan. The band is planning a partial U.S. tour for the fall, a trek that will include a include a performance at The Fest in Gainesville, followed shortly thereafter by a full European tour

The Chicago quartet are preparing to enter the studio where they plan to record the follow-up to their 2006 self-titled Thick Records EP. They also discuss touring plans, possibly working with J. Underground Communique has signed Olehole. The band is a new project featuring Brian Moss of The Ghost & Hanalei, Dan Wedgwood of Burial Year & Quest For Quintanaroo, Jackson Blumgart of Quest For Quintanaroo, and Alex Case.
The label will be releasing the band's debut full length on compact disc, 12" vinyl, and MP3 format sometime late during the Spring or early in the Summer of 2008.

Four Star Alarm have announced that their drummer, Mike Horick, has left the band to take a job in Los Angeles. Replacing Horick will be Eric Kane, perhaps best known for his work with is other band, Strike Anywhere. Kane will not be leaving Strike Anywhere.
Four Star Alarm will not be touring until November, so as to give Kane time to finish up a tour with Strike Anywhere. They will, however, be making a planned appearance at The Fest 6 in Gainseville, Florida in October.

J Church and Sound on Sound (formerly Hirudin) will release a split 7". Each band will contribute a new song and a cover song. J Church are no strangers to the split format as they released one with Minority Blues Band on the label in 2006.

O Pioneers!!! have announced a December tour in support of their 2006 album, Black Mambas. The band is also planning a vinyl release of the album, via Underground Communique.
