It’s been a long, long while since a Sub Pop band has managed to raise anything that could be considered "interest" in me, and before I played this sophomore (my English friends are probably wanting to batter me for using that word) long-player, I had no idea what was awaiting me.

Who calls a bands second record their "sophmore long-player"? But,but, but, but you no like pissed jeans? i no like you I've never listened to Male Bonding, but in regard to the Sub Pop comment, I'm highly surprised of what you said! Everyone has their personal interests and I find it crazy, but yet respectable that you haven't enjoyed a Sub Pop band in awhile. (I'm not trying to sound cool and hip, I just like these damn bands) Fleet Foxes, Beach House, Blitzen Trapper, Fruit Bats, Iron & Wine, and Washed Out have put out some awesomes here at this label recently. But like I said, we all like what we like. :) this album rules. Can't get into this at all. |
