Rather than regression, Sauvez Les Requins sounds more inspired than Skiba's work has in some time. Please login or register to post comments. What are the benefits of having a Punknews.org account?
I like Derek better than Atom (and a lot better than previous Alk3 drummers), but Atom does a spectacular job on this. Much more than I've heard from him elsewhere. Good stuff. Much better than most of stuff on the last few A3 albums. Simple, raw and aggresive. Lots of energy. Sounds like a throw back to earlier A3 material, stylistically and sonically, yet still sounds fresh and new. Also, Derek >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Atom. Decent. I've seen a copy of the cover and it said : Sauves les requines... Which is wrong. Hopefully it got corrected before the final pressing of the record. Amazing EP! Bravo! Great EP, nice to Skiba abck to form. Is the grammar mistake on the album title on purpose ? Some gimmick that I haven't heard of ? Great EP and a pretty accurate review. |

Are you not familiar with Atom's work in RFTC, Moth, etc? He's phenomenal.
