| Bouncing Soulslive in Hoboken, NJ2002 live show Review by: jay See others by this writer Only registered users can post comments Published on November 29th 2002
This show was kind of a secret show. It wasnt really advertised because it was a "student only" show. I still went down there with one of my buddies and was able to get in. The show took place in a small recreation room of the college which fit about 400 people. My guess would be that only about 200 were actually in attendance. At least 2/3 of the crowd didnt seem to know much about them but were simply there to hang out. Before the Souls took the stage I had no idea that I was about to witness the best performance I have ever seen from them. Ive seen them between 15 & 20 times and this was by far the best of all. The score is for the souls. damnnnnnnnn lucky bastard!! I wish I could see them again, in a small place. I HATE THOSE PEOPLE WHO WERE THERE JUST TO HANG OUT AND DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHO THE BAND WAS!!! it seems most good punk shows happen on the sly in front of people who could give a shit about the band playing. jesus that's a long songlist. Hey douchebag, I think e meant that the good thing about punk rock is that bands can play songs that are old & unrehearsed and nobody is going to judge them. Im glad to be able to clarify that for you jerkoff!!! That set rules! Fucking up songs is what punk rock is all about? You're such a loser. Hooray bouncing souls. Thats a kickass setlist. Lucky bastard. fucking lucky Wussemorock is a fucking pussy!!!!! All I can say is Wow... Damn good review and the show sounds fucking kickass. Wish I had been there. Wow, that is the craziest set list ever. They always play the same fucking songs every time I see them, I would have loved to be at that show. lucky bastard....i wish i was there...dont forget about how cool they are. i hear they like to bowl. woulda been cool if you got to bowl with them before the show right?? you and your friend are lucky..... damn, 30 songs. That is awesome. The bouncing souls are a great band. great review....i love the souls, obviously |
