As many of you know, I am an appreciator of RVA music, and one of the driving forces behind our "scene" (don't you just hate that word?) has been Ann Beretta. Despite various lineup changes, internal struggles and so on, the band has carried on. Many have argued that since former vocalist/guitarist Leer Baker left the band, they have demised into less than what is expected. I couldn't disagree more. Please login or register to post comments. they do seem really poppy. They sound like radio hits if you ask me. I prefer thee older/faster sound. is it me, or are there new songs that you can download on there website very poppy, or at least compaired to there older stuff? Fuck it. Little girl don't be sad and lonely, don't forget you're the one and only! I nut my pants when I found out that Big Wig, stereotyperider and Qualm are playing a show at Tulagi in boulder in May. wooohoo its gonna be nuts bigwig's "waiting room" cover kicks assc0re. and then some! thank you. i'm thinking about going into the real estate business. its gonna be kinda hard though since i live in richmond. Wow, that is the best assessment I think I've ever heard. No sarcasm. richmond is a dump. hate that place. other than that, its the ideal place to live. Going to see AB this Wednesday. If I may say so, I can`t hardly wait. damn right people are poor in richmond!!! the word "scene" you use reminded me of them stupid doll commericals that had the word scene in their logo. anyway, nice review. i missed SA...again. But next sunday(not the one coming up)....swingin utters baby! |
