I reviewed Garrison's last release, The Model EP, a few months back and the best conclusion I could come up with was that the band listens to a heck of a lot of Quicksand. This is fine by me, as there are many worse bands to be influenced by. Please login or register to post comments. What are the benefits of having a Punknews.org account?
these guys are fucked up! i like their stuff alot but i never know what they are going to do next, i sort of think they are a little more mature than the label they are on. it always sounds like they are trying to do more creative things, be a criminal was amazing, and i actually thought the model was stellar, one of the few bands around these days who's records i look forward to listening to over and over, hearing new things each time. and i like his voice alot as well. man, garrison rock. Woah, I didn't even realize that I wrote 3 reviews in this update that somehow pertained to Rev. Wacky. Man..... Texas is the Reason, Garrison, Sense Field, the Explosion... what's with all the ex-(and some still) Rev band reviews? I'm waiting on the Fastbreak review (or maybe I'll do it myself...) |
