Third release by these Spanish lads, and on the third label so far. I guess this change is only a logical effect of the progress and change this band has undergone from their Californian styled "Proud To Be Nothing" on Slide Chorus to the more experimentally and socially pronounced "True Charm Of Bourgeoisie" on Wild Punk to finally, and with chirurgical precision, find the right recipe on their Bcore (a respected Indie label in Spain that released the regretted Aina amongst others) debut. I forgot to sign the post...I´m Daniel from the Portuguese band Aside. check gas drummers at www.gasdrummers.com and Aside at www.asiderockers.com I had the chance to play with these guys for several occasions and I must say they´re a hell of a band. Honestly I think they sound way better live than on record. Probably one of the best if not the best band that i have played together with until now. Huge songs, great lyrics, great musicians , good people and very good friends. These guys Rock!. Hey K, i have downloaded one song from their site and I just love it! I don't know if there are a lot of bands like that around, but all i can say it can blow a few big bands away!!! This band is absolutely poor, its nothing new. theres a million bands around doing the same thing, and doing it better. this band fucking rocks. dude! he did describe the sound! they're "indie punkrock" hahaha hey i've got this album!!! i'm from spain... it's one of the best bands in europe now, i can assure you! If it really sounds like you just described.....boing. Hey mister. Glad you liked it but i was hoping you'd like the album more ;)! Maybe thiswill clear some things up for you: Good review...even if I'm still not totally sure what it sounds like. |
