Well, what can I say? This is the greatest hockey punk band that ever existed - and that is with all due respect to the Hanson Brothers, Slapshot and even the Zambonis. I liked their first CD "Drafted" on the short lived Royalty Records label, but "Don't Label Us" just blows it away - in pure power, energy and songwriting. It would be extremely easy to write these guys off as a gimmick band, (they do wear full hockey gear on stage), but the songs speak for themselves. You won't get these tunes out of your head. "Saturday Night," "New Season," "Ya Ya Yo" - they're all instant classics. Pick up "Don't Label Us" and see the band's amazing live show. You will not be dissapointed.

    My Score:

I happened to be one of the few out there to see these guys from the start here on Long Island. These guys are simply one of the best band to see put a show. I have all their out of print 7" split with other locals here. These really matured in sound as if they sobered up just to record this album. Hope these guys put Long Island punk back on the map.
