I’ve really always wanted to own my own restaurant. I’ve yet to determine what type of establishment would best suit me -- probably a pizza place, but nonetheless some sort of restaurant. I’m not typically good with money, decoration decisions, or many of the other things that come along with being an entrepreneur, yet the idea just won’t leave my head. However, I know myself pretty well, and thus, this will probably never actually come to fruition. Why not? Simple: The prospect of bankruptcy. Something like 80% of small businesses fail within the first year, with bankruptcy being one of the leading causes. Well, businesses aren’t the only entity that can go bankrupt, as many a band have proved. The band Bankrupt certainly continue that tradition, and really do exemplify their namesake.
And now I know humiliation’s / Never felt so good, so please...be strict / With the slave you employ / ‘Cos you’re my lady lady Latex / and I’m your bondage boy.I’d find those lyrics to be funny in one of two contexts: coming out of the mouth of Bob Barker, or at a Stephen Lynch show. Three guys from Europe? Better luck next time. I’ll leave with a quote that applies to this record better than what I can say; as a good cook will always tell you, "A cookbook is only as good as its worst recipe." wait a minute. no one promoted his band Trying to promote your band by slagging off others is a well-known trait of the crappiest bands. Seems like Hungary is not short of shit stirrers either. Something Afghanist You must rock like noone else in Eastern Europe. This review is absolutelly righteous, this band sucks. There are more better bands in Hungary, Red Line Offside, Something Aganist You, these are the best bands of Hungary. Great band, shitty review. why do you keep reviewing these dumb-as-rocks punk bands? you never like them, what's the point? I'm a huge fan of early SLF, and you can hear their influence in Start Again... this band would have deserved a much better review Just so noone else will bother saying it, I completely agree with any complaints about this review. I must have done it pretty quickly, or not given a shit at all, because it's really not a great review. This reads like a parody of an Anchors review that BSD would have written. I found it to be briefly amusing. I've listened to their songs, and it's actually good punk rock music, not the usual emo/metal crap the scene is flooded by these days. Reminded me of Stiff Little Fingers. hahahaha, i love the link. If you cut the clunky intro paragraphs from every single one of your reviews, you'd be a pretty okay reviewer. This particular one made me cringe like I ain't never cringed before. Yowch. I don't know what I was thinking with that conclusion when I wrote it, but that sounds incredibly cheesy. |
