After about an hour of bus rides, me and my friend finally made it to the Glen Cove Polish Hall at the end of the Banner's set. I kind of wanted to see if this band was worth all the hype I'd been hearing, but I guess it was just my luck. They had a good portion of the room on the floor and apparently had a good reaction.

OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH SHIT YOU SAW HIM/HER TOO??!!!! I HAD NO IDEA WHETHER THAT WAS A CROSS DRESSER OR LIKE SOME KIDS MOM LOLOL This review sucks, no mention of the cross-dresser that showed up. Maybe shit is different out there in the east, but here on the west coast (especially southern california), you'll see the "old fashioned circle pit" at every fucking show! Besides, to me the intensity of the music determines the how the pit will perform. God damn kids with their dance rules! I'm looking forward to this same show at the Showcase on Dec 5th. Should be fucking killer!!!! Buy the new With Honor if you haven't already. The best record I've bought since AWS "Ruiner". Despite everything you have heard about Walls of Jericho, Candace does do a really good job live. Seriously. you gave walls of jericho way more praise than modern life is war, so you lose. To each their own... This was a good show. It had your fair share of douche bags, but you'll have that. every show ive been going to lately has just been that tough guy kung fu mosh shit and i rarely see circle pits anymore Yeah, seriously dude, fucking every show I have been to in the last six months has had a circle pit. "Candace even called for an old-fashioned circle pit; you just don't see that anymore" score is for the idiot jock that tried to beat up max and tyler and tyler from mliw good bands....pretty lame review |
