The BoilsFrom the Bleachers (2005)TKO Records Reviewer Rating: Contributed by: Anchors (others by this writer | submit your own) Published on January 31st 2006
I’ve actually come to like it when I get a new record from TKO. There’s no surprises; I know just what I’m going to be hearing. And with only a few exceptions, what I’m hearing are some real solid street punk and Oi! bands, as that’s what the label obviously caters to. That said, Philadelphia’s the Boils fit right into that street punk description, offering 25 tracks in 45 minutes that are sure to have you shouting right along with them.

best punk record ever/ the boils love me and i love them, case closed, cheers didn't know this band was still together. they put on one of the best shows ever when i saw them a cb's a couple few years back. now i'm inspired to pull out their when the sun goes down ep and give it a spin. thanks for the review! can someone please send this to me over AIM? Anchors? I'm glad the Boils are still around to keep Philly Street Punk alive. I've liked all their previous releases, so even though I haven't heard this I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt with 4 stars. Now all we need is The Cuffs to release something new to put Philly back on the streetpunk map. OI!!!! | Features
