With the disbanding of numerous high-profile Boston hardcore bands, and the recent sub-par effort by Righteous Jams, that steadfast Boston scene is looking a bit slimmer than normal.

Is this Michelle Branch's band with that blonde chick? i have this, never listened though. maybe i'll give it a whirl later. I realize there's plenty of good stuff left coming out of Boston (Mind Eraser and Lovely Lads in particular,) but I was talking about the prominent face of Boston hardcore. That being Mental, Think I Care, and RJ. Yeah all those bands are from Boston. Yo, i have the original vinyl if anyone really wants it. Its a bit banged up, but make me an offer and we'll figure something out. Aren't Terminal Youth from Boston, too? My band's playing with them in January. Crash and Burn did in fact break up. I am pretty sure Defcon 4 is still at it. I am not sure about the others. Great album. Are they just a wrecking crew, bored boys with nothing to do? If not then I don't want to listen to this. this is a classic. hardcore bands of today should listen to this, so they realize how bad they are and break up. | Features
