For the most part, I’m alright with bands who are heavily styled after the Misfits. Let’s be honest, there’s about a million worse bands that could be emulated and while they’re by no means my favorite, I respect their career and enjoy a decent amount of the catalog.

The newest EP (Waste Makes Waste) takes the vocals further away from a danzig howl - but is it ever great! Once this band gets a decent catalogue under their belts they could easily lead the melodic hardcore pack. "Limekiln Recs seem to be birthing a few good bands." I'd like to have a power hour with a wolf. I'd drink it under the table. Posted by killdefenses on 2007-01-16 01:23:35 Great EP. I haven't heard these guys, but they need to be given some kind of award for their album cover. Pretty good, but most bands that are heavily influenced by the Misfits just redo the whole shtick over and over again. to the comment below: chuck berry wasn't rockabilly. "a combination of punk rock and `50s rock ‘n’ roll that you truly don’t see too much" I really, really want to listen to this record. a little late here? first | Features
