Bridging the melody and fun of pop-punk with the power and urgency of hardcore has been a recipe for success for many bands over the past 15 years. From godfathers of the style, Lifetime, to mainstream rock stars like New Found Glory and even to newer bands like Crime in Stereo and Polar Bear Club, few hybrid styles have held together and stayed consistently popular. While other stylistic collisions have come and gone -- the ska/punk mixture comes to mind -- this one has managed to stick around and remain relevant.

Those first two paragraphs are golden These guys put on a fantastic live show, and after buying this 7" a few months back, I can tell they're gonna be even bigger. Just an excellent all around band. o shit these guys live right by me, hella good band They were pretty fun live. They played a few times with a relatives band named Wolves and Thieves. This band contacted me via Generic Insight's Myspace (they found me through a mutual friend) and I dug them so much I ordered this record. Nice little 7" here. Very catchy songs and good band all around. | Features
