Atlantic signs The Academy Is...

The Florida Music Festival 2004 website is reporting that Atlantic Records has signed The Academy Is. The band's debut full-length Almost Here is still due out on Fueled By Ramen February 8th, 2005. The band's last release was a self-titled EP released via LLR.
