Blood And Ink Records have signed Sacramento's Stars Are Falling and Richmond's Skylines. The two bands will be releasing a split EP in late April, with Stars Are Falling taking to the road for a full US tour shortly thereafter. You can check out some songs from the bands by clicking here and here.
