Boy Sets Fire completes "The Misery Index: Notes From the Plague Years"

Boy Sets Fire has wrapped up recording, mixing and mastering of their upcoming full length, The Misery Index: Notes From the Plague Years. The album is their first since Tomorrow Come Today, their sole full length release for Wind Up.

Bassist Robert Ehrenbrand added:

It's hard to put in words how these last couple of days felt; we finally finished this album and it's safe to say that (at least as far as I'm concerned) it was the hardest project I ever worked on in my life

The band also recently reissued their out-of-print release, The Day the Sun Went Out and an EP/singles compilation, Before the Eulogy. A US release date for Misery Index has not yet been announced, but Europe will see the release available in Italy, Austria and Germany, February 24th, 2006. The rest of the continent with the exception of Scandanavia will have the release on the 27th.
