Signal to Noise Sign with Eyeball Records, plan tour and SXSW Appearance
Eyeball Records has announced the signing of Boulder, Colorado's Signal to Noise. The band formed in 2004 and most recently self-released the Stop When the Rain Starts EP.
The band is currently working on new material for a full length due out this fall.
