New Street Dogs Album due out on October 10th

Boston's Street Dogs have wrapped up work on their next full length, which has been titled Fading American Dream. The record is due to street on October 12th, 2006 and the band is promising some videos and MP3s in the coming weeks.
The album is the follow up to Back to the World which was released last year.

A limited number of discs are scheduled to include a 20 minute video feature on the making of the disc as well as tour footage and other bonus features. The group is also working on a new video for the track "Fatty" and that is expected to appear soon.

Earlier on, the band had promised fifteen new songs as well as a new covers, and Tobe described the songs as "Some good anthems, some old school hardcore, some good old fashioned punk rock barn burners, and a few covers." Among the covers, the band will be recording "Power in a Union" by Billy Bragg. No word on what form they'll appear yet.

The day after the release, the band will be hitting the road for a nationwide tour with the Bouncing Souls, The World/Inferno Friendship Society, Whole Wheat Bread and more.
