Musink tour with Social Distortion, Motorhead cancelled

The recently announced Musink Tattoo & Music Festival has been cancelled. The bill was supposed to feature Social Distortion and Motörhead and hit 25 dates from January to March 2009. SD had this to say:

Due to complications within the MUSINK touring company and outside of Social Distortion's control the MUSINK tour featuring Social D has been shelved by tour organizers.

Earlier this year, Ness noted that the band will return to the studio next year to rework their still-untitled new album. This will be their first studio album since 2004's Sex, Love and Rock 'n' Roll.
