Topshelf signs By Surprise

Topshelf Records will be releasing the debut LP from Haddon Heights, NJ's By Surprise later this year. The record is titled Mountain Smashers and it's tentatively slated for a mid-March release, with pre-orders set to launch a few weeks prior.
