Balance and Composure enter the studio

No Sleep Records' Balance and Composure have entered the studio to begin work on their next full length. The band is working at Salad Days Studio with producer Brian McTernan (Circa Survive, Texas Is The Reason, Hot Water Music, Thrice). The record is expected in the spring.

The new album will be the follow up to 2009's Only Boundaries EP and a 2010 split with Tigers Jaw.
