Ashlee Simpson files for divorce from Pete Wentz

Ashlee Simpson has filed for divorce from her husband Pete Wentz, best known for playing in Fall Out Boy. The papers, which can seen here, site irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce.
The papers do not mention who will get custody of the couple's jeans and eyeliner.
