REASONS: FROM BRETT
To all of the friends and fans of Student Rick,
I'm sorry to have to inform you that last week Adam & I made the decision to end Student Rick. After several line up changes, I really started thinking about my future as an individual and what I wanted to accomplish in my musical career. As sophomores in high school, when Adam & I started the band, I didn't realize all the great experiences that I would be a part of, however I came to the realization that it was time for me to move on into something that I personally could progress in. I in no way am implying that the guys that I worked with in Student Rick are not talented, I just feel that our musical styles were moving in different directions. I wish the very best and all my support to the past members of Student Rick in their musical careers as well as their personal futures. I hope that none of you feel like you have to pick sides. Adam & I made this decision together on good terms and still remain good friends. At this time, I would like to thank my girlfriend Julie, my family, Rob McDermott & The Firm, Tony Brummell & all the Victory staff, Evange at Fata Booking, Double J, Adam Semrinec (Studentrickrocks.com), Bill & LaFon Davis, Bret & Linda Reiter. Without these people, Student Rick would not have had the emotional or financial support that we needed to accomplish our goals as a band. I am in the midst of putting together a band that is more reflective of my personal musical taste & hope that many of you will remains friends and fans as I embark on this new journey. I look forward to seeing you on the road as I travel through your towns soon. If anyone is interested in being a part of the new project both musically or behind the scenes, please contact me at Brett_StudentRick@Juno.com
Thanks again for all your support. We couldn't have done it without you. Your friend,
Brett Jones

REASONS: FROM ADAM
The past five years of my life I have learned a lot about myself and the career I have chosen. Student Rick gave me a chance to explore an amazaing dream. I am very happy to have been a part of it and to have shared the experiences I did with so many people. Brett and Me both decided it was within our best interest to throw in the towel. It was something that everyone saw coming within the group.
Everyone who has been involved in this I want to thank. First of course my Parents, Nate Trimboli, Zach Davis, Brett Jones, Robert McDermott, Evange and Fata Booking, Tony and Victory Records. Without these people none of this would have been possible.
I continue to play music and am part of a group that better suites me. You will all hear from me soon. Please stay in contact with me by emailing MxPxADR@aol.com thank you! We will all have music to bring to the world in the future, please make sure to support all of it. I appreciate and love everyone who ever supported this band as fans and friends. I will see you all soon,
Adam
