Down By Law signs with the Union

Down By Law have signed with Union
2112 Records of the The Union
Label Group. The Montreal label will distribute the band's yet untitled new
album in Canada and the United States. The band will be in a Tampa studio
starting December 7 and is predicting a March or April release (the label
told me May was a possibility too). This is not the first time frontman Dave Smalley has worked with the Union, having produced the latest album by francophone punk band (and new
label-mates) Penelope.
