Pete Steinkopf (Bouncing Souls), Zak Kaplan form Smalltalk

Pete Steinkopf of The Bouncing Souls and artist Zak Kaplan have formed a new band called Smalltalk. The band also features members of Zero Zero, Worthless United and others. The band is planning on releasing their debut LP this spring and will play their first show on April 11.
