Don Giovanni Records has announced plans to put on The New Alternative Music Festival this fall. The festival, which takes place September 16-18 at Convention Hall in Asbury Park, New Jersey, is being billed as "three days of music without multi-nationals."Acts scheduled to perform include P.S.
