Mike Vallely to release new EP

Mike Vallely of Mike V and the rats... and Black Flag... has announced a solo EP. It's called The New Arms EP and was produced by Matthew Ryan. It is out April 7. No label has been announced yet, suggesting the EP may be self-released.
