Phoebe Nir: "Red Tape Nation" (Punknews Exclusive)

Today, Punknews is pleased to debut the new video by Phoebe Nir!
"Red Tape Nation" is solidly in the tradition of the New York No Wave crew. Set to a stomping, first wave punk cadence, Nir rants and hisses over the chaos. Fittingly, she lashes out at the current political majority, bringing notice to environmental issues, police corruption, and LGBTA rights. In true Lydia Lunch style, she bends the whole thing around a sort of '50s sock hop style, which makes everything that much more ghoulish.
