In Memoriam: Neil Harris of Sham 69 passes away

Neil Harris of Sham 69 recently passed away. Harris was a founding member of the band and played with them from 1975 through 1977. He rejoined the "Tim V" version of the band in 2011. The cause of death was cancer.
